My client is a leading and award-winning law firm based across Lancashire and Greater Manchester is looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join their Property teams with flexible working, part home part office working all available.

Each Residential Conveyancer role will consist of handling a full caseload of Freehold and Leasehold Property matters from inception to completion, using a proclaim system to effectively manage your workload.

In order to be considered for this position you must have a minimum of 2 year's experience as a fee earner within a Residential Property Department and be very comfortable to work independently with good connections within the East Lancashire region.

Given the current pandemic this firm expects no more then 20/25 completions a month with sufficient support available to avoid burnout and achieve a manageable workload to maximise a healthy work life balance.

The salary on offer for the successful Residential Conveyancer is dependent upon previous experience but competitive.
