Residential Conveyancer

Our client, a multi-service firm is seeking to appoint a Residential Conveyancer to join their hardworking and busy team.

As a Residential Conveyancer you will handle your own caseload of residential property matters from inception to completion including sale and purchase both leasehold and freehold.

In order to be considered for the position the Residential Conveyancer will boast previous fee earning experience and ideally be qualified. Commercial experience would be desirable but not essential as training will be provided for the right candidate.

The role will be based out of the Milnthorpe office for a minimum 2 days a week with the flexibility to work from other offices in North Lancashire for the rest of the week.

The salary on offer is negotiable depending on experience.
