Residential Conveyancer

Our client, a law firm with offices throughout Lancashire are seeking to appoint a Residential Conveyances to work in their Preston office but some homeworking is available given the current pandemic.

This Residential Conveyancer role will involve handling your own caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters covering; Sales & Purchases, Re Mortgages and Transfer of Equity on behalf of Freehold & Leasehold properties.

The successful applicant will possess a minimum of 3 years Residential Conveyancing experience managing their own caseload; from taking instructions to completion they must be able to demonstrate a high degree of technical knowledge. Additionally, you will have excellent organisational abilities and show a clear understanding of SRA Code of Conduct, any previous case management system experience would be an advantage.
