Learning & Development Advisor, £45k

Fantastic new role with one of the city’s best-known firms. You will be responsible for facilitating world class learning business and management learning programmes for this international law firm with particular emphasis on the Digital platform.  

You will be actively involved in the full learning life cycle – process (scoping, objectives, scripting, design approach, prototypes, reviews, tools and evaluation). Furthermore, you will also provide one to one coaching for participants of the programmes you will be delivering.  Great opportunity for an L&D advisor to really bring Digital into the forefront of the firm's learning and development style and to bring to bear all their skills and experience so far in a role that is by no means defined and is ready for development.
