This leading Yorkshire firm is currently seeking an NQ - 3 PQE Solicitor to join their Family Department in central Leeds.
This firm advise clients on the whole spectrum of family law including marital breakdown and finances, domestic abuse, contact with children and local authority childcare. They carry out a mixture of publicly funded and private client work so candidates would benefit from a knowledge of legal aid eligibility rules. Much of our work is conducted through the courts, therefore candidates should have a keen interest in developing their advocacy skills.
This position would suit a Family Solicitor who has carried out part of their training in a family law department. Theirs is a fast-paced environment and the successful candidate would be part of a team responsible for a variety of family cases and keen to build up a network of agencies and contacts in this area of work.
