Our esteemed, locally based client is seeking a skilled, talented and ambitious Residential Property Lawyer/Solicitor/Conveyancer to join their close-knit and forward-thinking team in Farnham.
Working directly with the Head of Property, the role involves sales & purchases (leasehold & freehold), remortgages, transfers of equity and first registrations and possibly some equity release work depending on experience. Full secretarial support is offered with the role.
Individuals that's enjoy BD and meeting clients will prove to be successful within the role also.
Fee-earners with 2+ years PQE are very much encouraged to apply, with salary offering being very much negotiable in line with experience.
