Corporate senior associate 6+ PQE – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Our client:

A globally recognised law firm with multiple office locations in the GCC are looking to add a senior lawyer to their corporate transactions team, due to a significant growth in its presence in Saudi Arabia. With a strong footing in the Saudi market, this firm have an impressive pipeline of work booked for 2021.

The role:

You’ll be involved in high-value M&A transactions both locally in Saudi Arabia and internationally across the MENA region. The role will also include advising on joint venture agreements and general corporate advisory work and will have a strong focus on M&A work.

This role offers a tax-free remuneration package.

You:

We are ideally looking for an Arabic speaker and a Saudi national. However, our client is willing to consider non-Saudi candidates if they are fluent in Arabic.

You’ll need a minimum of 6 years’ post-qualified experience, gained within a similar corporate transactional team
