Paralegal – Document Review / Litigation

Experienced Document Review / Litigation Paralegal sought by an International law firm for a long term temporary contract position in London.

The Client

Our client, a highly prestigious international law firm is looking for a paralegal to join their London office for a long term temporary position.

The Role

The successful candidates may work in areas including (but not be limited to):

• Document review, the ideal candidate will have experience in both level 1 and level 2 document review, however applicants with level 1 only will still be considered. 

• Redacting personal and commercially sensitive data in disclosure documents.

• Drafting witness statements and corresponding with technical experts.

• Assisting with ad hoc tasks; such as copy checking, proofreading, data capture tasks and preparing court bundles.

The Requirements

The ideal candidate will have some (if not all) of the following characteristics and skills:

• Strong academics (2.1 LLB, and preferably Commendation Distinction GDL/LPC)
• Prior experience working in a well-respected Document Review position and/or international arbitration or litigation practice (ideally, 6+ months)
• Excellent organisational skills, research skills and proficiency with various programs and operating systems (e.g. Word, Excel, Lexis Library etc.)
