Healthcare Litigation Solicitor

A new role has become available for a Qualified Solicitor to join a Top Tier law firm that is a leading provider within Healthcare matters. This is a nationally recognised law firm that has a number of long standing relationships with all forms of NHS organisations, independent healthcare providers, GPs and defence organisations.

About the role.

My client is looking to recruit either a Solicitor or Senior Solicitor into their Healthcare Litigation department. You must be able to demonstrate that you have experience in Healthcare Litigation matters as well as a genuine interest in the healthcare sector. The firm is interested in hearing from Solicitors that are ambitious, experienced and self-motivated; with fantastic interpersonal skills.

Ideally you will have defendant, clinical negligence experience however the partner is also keen to hear from candidates with a strong background in claimant clinical negligence matters; the firm is open on the PQE level of applicants. You will be expected to manage a mixed and varied case-load of claims against GPs from major defence organisations and the NHS role involves having full autonomy on your own case-load whilst working closely with the partner on high value, catastrophic healthcare litigation claims. There will be opportunities for business development within this role too.
