The opportunity is for a qualified solicitor or legal executive to join a Southampton based court of protection team which handles mental capacity , social care assessments, financial assessments and residential care issues.

You will be aware of the deputyship application process and be happy to take on advocacy. With your positive can-do' attitude you will be passionate about this area of law and motivated by a long term career in this field. Whilst the successful candidate will be based at their Southampton office the firm has an infrastructure in place which will allow some flexibility in working remotely etc. On offer is a highly competitive salary and a range of perks and benefits.
