If you are coming up to qualification and exploring your options in the real estate sector, I am working with a top L500 firm who are looking for a junior individual as part of the growth in their award winning Reading based team. The firm attract top city talent to work with their national and international clients and, being so close to London, the work is on a par with the what you would find in the city. As a junior member of the team you will be building up your own caseload of:

• Development work
• Leases (including underleases, licences to assign, occupational agreements)
• Freehold acquisitions and disposals
• Finance, banking and secured lending
• Leases, agreement for lease, licences to occupy and other occupational agreements.
• Pension Funds

You will also be assisting more senior members of the team on their complex work with a view to developing your own HNW real estate work.

The ideal individual will be newly qualified or have a couple years experience in real estate work. Experience of acquisition & disposals, commercial leases, ancillary documents and secured leading is preferred.
