A highly regarded Agricultural Law team are seeking an astute Agricultural Solicitor to join their team as part of a longer-term succession plan. This is a vibrant expanding law firm with a diverse client base, offering excellent career prospects to talented and driven individuals, serving clients within the UK, but increasingly with an international presence. They are noted by Chambers & Partners for the relationships they’ve built with clients and the increasing presence they are forging in the markets they serve. They provide a range of services in areas such as Agriculture, Private Client, Corporate & Commercial and Commercial Property and are noted for having specialists that practice in each of these areas. An exceptional opportunity for the right legal qualified individual - this will be a highly sought-after role.

The appointed Agricultural Solicitor will become a significant addition to a renowned Agricultural Law team, acting on behalf of landowners, farmers, rural businesses, and estates. A large proportion of the role will be developing client relationships and handling your own varied caseload. Due to the nature of the relationships in place, there will be an expectation that you will be able to travel to meet clients. You will be commercially astute with knowledge and understanding of rural and Agricultural work, either as an Associate or existing Partner. A client following isn’t necessary but would be an advantage. You will be ambitious for success, driven to help the growth of the Agricultural team’s presence and confident in advising clients in a clear and concise manner. Adapting to your audience and converting technical legal advice into commercial advice they are clear on.
