There is a brilliant opening available for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer based in Cardiff (with WFH).
You'll join a well established and continually growing property team where you will be handling high quality Residential Conveyancing transactions.
You'll be joining a progressive and dynamic property team, which consists of both qualified and non-qualified fee earners and there will be full support from legal assistants to ensure that you provide the highest level of service to your clients.
This role would be suitable for someone who can handle a caseload of property matters from instruction through to completion and post completion. Your caseload will be truly varied, including sale & purchase, leasehold & freehold, shared ownership, right to buy & help to buy, remortgage and transfer of equity.
