My client is a multi-service law firm with an excellent reputation in the area, and they are in the market for a Head of Family. They will work with the Managing Director to develop the new Family team they are building and be able to work within the office.
Your role will be to manage a varied caseload of family matters including matters. You must be a Family Lawyer with proven experience in handling a varied family caseload, likely 5yrs+ PQE Family Solicitor, Legal Executive (FCILEx). Ideally, you'll be a member of the Family Law Children's Panel or Resolution although this is not essential. LAA Supervisor status would be highly advantageous.
