Are you an experienced company secretary looking for a new opportunity to expand your practise? If so, this highly regarded professional firm, located in the Thames Valley, is looking for a company secretarial director to join its team.

While working with international originations, you will gain exposure to the UK marketplace and have the opportunity for skill development. This role would be perfect for anyone looking for a stimulating work environment who is comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Drafting letters to clients regarding their annual returns
  • Preparation of dormant accounts
  • Compliance with all statutory filings, ie accounts and confirmation statements
  • Maintenance of company statutory registers
  • Preparing and advising on board minutes, board resolutions, and shareholder resolutions
  • Internal reports and compliance
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
  • ICSA qualified
  • Previous experience working in a similar role, preferably gained within a professional service firm, either as a company secretary or corporate lawyer
  • Knowledge of company secretarial procedures and appropriate technical skills, including in relation to the interpretation of the Company Act 2006 and other relevant legislation
  • Working knowledge of different company secretarial software packages
