An opportunity has arisen for a Corporate lawyer to join a busy London office which is keen to bring somebody on board immediately.
You will work on a range of corporate matters including private M&A and equity capital markets work. This is a unique opportunity to get involved in an expanding team consistently working on interesting international corporate work whilst still being based in London.
A minimum of 5 years post qualification experience working as a corporate lawyer in either England & Wales or another common law jurisdiction will be essential for this role.
Remuneration will be highly competitive with a salary of £130,000+
