An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Banking/Finance Solicitor to join an international law firm in Dublin. Commercial Property Solicitors with Real Estate Finance experience are also welcome to apply.

The Finance and Projects team seek to recruit a banking/finance Solicitors into their team to work on a broad range of finance matters. The team also act for many other leading financial institutions including clearing and investment banks, building societies, monoline insurers, issuers, borrowers and institutional investors.

The role will entail offering advice on a broad range of financing techniques and products, including all types of debt and debt capital market products. In particular, their core specialisations include: asset based lending, asset finance, including aircraft, ship and rail finance, infrastructure and project finance, leveraged finance, real estate finance, film finance, debt capital markets, structured and receivables finance, structured trade and commodity finance, and trade finance.

Candidates with experience in asset finance, project finance, debt finance, and real estate finance are encouraged to apply.

They will also welcome applications from mainstream commercial property candidates with some real estate finance experience. The ideal candidate will have between c. 2-6 years PQE for this role, however candidates with more or less experience will also be considered.
