This is a great role for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join a leading national law firm in their growing Leeds office. You will work on high value defendant clinical negligence work.
Client Details
The client is a large established legal firm with offices across the UK. They opened a Leeds office a few years ago and this has steadily grown over the last years. In Leeds the firm focuses on health care work.
Description
The Clinical Negligence Solicitor will join a dedicated Clinical Negligence team. The successful Clinical Negligence Solicitor will pick up a caseload and support on larger claims. You will defend the NHS, Medical Protection Society and others on a range of claims. In your role the candidate will draft reports, witness statements, instruct experts, attend court for case management hearings and attend hearings and mediation's.
Profile
You will be a Clinical Negligence Solicitor with strong academics and ties to Leeds. It would be helpful if you have dealt with a defendant caseload previously although candidates from a claimant background will be considered.
