A rare opportunity has arisen for a highly experienced Family Solicitor who is looking to come away from a fee earning role and work on a part-time basis as a non-fee earning support lawyer to assist the family department with complaints, debt and costs for the department.
The firm are ideally looking for someone with around 15 years PQE plus with relevant expertise of mixed private (non-legal aid) Family Law caseload (Divorce, Matrimonial Finance, Children, TOLATA/Cohabitation disputes, Nuptial agreements) of at least Associate level.
You must have an understanding of and compliance with The Solicitors Regulation Authority Account Rules and sound experience of operating financial ledgers to consider costs positions on Family Law files, Costs drafting skills (Form H/H1 and costs schedules) and Costs managements skills.
The firm are offering a competitive salary, excellent benefits and this role is working from home, however you must be able to attend the Manchester office as and when needed.
