Commercial Litigation Solicitor - Cambridge
A commercial law firm with a national reputation are looking to add to their litigation team with the recruitment of a solicitor to their expanding team in Cambridge.
The successful candidate will be joining a team dealing with a broad range of litigation matters including things like contract disputes, company/shareholder disputes, partnership disputes, Intellectual property disputes, insolvency litigation and professional negligence matters.
It is expected that you will be able to demonstrate experience in several of the above areas although the firm will provide training and support on areas that are not as familiar to the successful candidate.
As well as handling a caseload of matters and assisting on larger matters the successful candidate will also play a crucial role in the future ongoing development of the department in Cambridge and will have the opportunity to get involved with the marketing and business development activities of the department alongside the current team.
Excellent ongoing training and support will be provided if required in terms of both the technical legal side of things as well as the business development to ensure you continue your progress as a lawyer within this leading commercial firm that continues to go from strength to strength
