Description
- Handle a mixed caseload of litigated work: contested probate, commercial and residential L&T, professional negligence etc.
- Actively participate in business development activities to ensure the department sustains
- Report to, and support the head of the department.
Profile
The successful candidate will have ideally 6PQE+ and ACTAPS membership would also be an advantage.
