A leading Pensions Litigation practice is looking for a lateral NQ to join its top-ranked and prestigious London team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior lawyer who is keen to specialise in Pensions work, and who wants to combine top quality instructions and excellent training/development with hands-on client responsibilities.

The team is small-medium sized and sits within the firm’s wider Employment and Private Client department, working alongside the Pensions Advisory fee earners.

The team handles a range of Pensions Litigation matters, with particular expertise in Pensions Regulator and Financial Conduct Authority cases. Clients include numerous corporate household names, as well as private individuals.

Partners are recognised (and often top-ranked) by legal directories – praised regularly for their tenacity, technical competence, and impeccable client service.

The partners are particularly interested in NQs from high calibre City practices who have completed a Pensions or Pensions Disputes seat, and want to specialise in Pensions Litigation. They are also open to hearing from Tax Associates who want to move into disputes work, and are happy to focus on Pensions Litigation.
