The team currently comprises of Partners, Associates and 2 paralegals and due to busy work load they are now looking for an additional paralegal to join. The firms' market-leading private investment funds team advises clients across all asset classes including, private equity, real estate, debt, venture, secondaries, emerging markets and infrastructure. The role will be very hands-on and high level and will involve establishing the fund, pre-closing, closing, post-closing and ongoing fund work.
