Our very prestigious international law firm client is looking for a Global Marketing Operations Specialist to join their global marketing, BD and knowledge function. The function operates across all practice groups, industry groups and client account teams and will provide the utmost support for the BD activities and initiative to achieve their commercial and marketing goals. This exciting opportunity will assist with the management of the Global BD Central Team and to deliver on the Marketing Operations Business Plan. Main responsibilities include: - acting as a channel between the Global BD Central Team and functional stakeholders.- Supporting in process training, development and onboarding of all new Global Central Team joiners.- Creating process documentation and training materials to assist in the Global BD Central Team's development.- Supporting no functional projects such as legal directories account management. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors degree; a marketing (CIM) or post-graduate qualification would be advantageous. Law firm/professional services experience is also desirable. Applicants must have knowledge of, or a keen interest in marketing/BD/marketing operations; supervisory or team leadership skills; excellent communication skills; project management skills and a high attention to detail.
