Human Resources Advisor
A prestigious international law firm seeks to appoint a Human Resources Advisor for a full-time, fixed term period of 12 months. The wider HR team in London is comprised of 38 professionals – all of whom are extremely supportive. Everyone chips in where needed and no-one is left to flounder, so a can-do/enthusiastic personality is required for this HR role.

Your New Role
The incoming HR Advisor will establish themselves as a trusted advisor to Departmental Managers and Business Managers within assigned client groups as points of contact for people-related issues.
Some key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with employee relations and performance management issues.
- Promoting good people management practices across the organisation.
- Supporting change management programmes including restructures and TUPE transfers.
- Taking the lead on specific HR projects.
Human Resources experience in a professional services environment is a prerequisite for this position and ideally you will have worked at an advisory level previously.
