Commercial Property Solicitor (mid-level) -

An exciting and rare opportunity for a 3 years plus PQE Solicitor with a solid grounding in Commercial Property / Real Estate transactional matters behind them, to establish an excellent future career within a growing regional firm in a great location.

You will be dealing with and assisting on a mixed caseload of high value Commercial Property / Real Estate matters such as acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases, development matters and secured lending, working alongside a friendly and supportive team, advising a wide range of established clients.

This is an outstanding firm with a very good reputation in Real Estate; a modern thinking and pro-active firm where progression prospects are real and staff retention is high, so the role would suit an ambitious candidate.
