Employment Law Solicitor/Associate

EMPLOYMENT LAW SOLICITOR/ASSOCIATE - (3+ PQE)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employment Solicitor/Associate to join a well-respected, growing Employment team at one of West Yorkshire's best firms.

You will join a team that are consistently listed in "Chambers" and the "Legal 500". Their clients range from large organisations, regional businesses, and some high-net-worth individuals.

The ideal candidate will need to be a qualified solicitor, Chartered Legal Executives with at least 3 years PQE.

You will be expected to manage your own client contact time and case-load made up of a mix of contentious and non-contentious matters. As they are looking for someone experienced, you will also be expected to assist and help develop junior members of the team.

A strong business development ethic through building strong client relationships and attending and presenting at networking events will help you grow the department and make a success of the role.

The ideal candidate will manage a varied caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions including:

-3-7 years' PQE

-Proven experience of working in a busy and credible Employment department

-Excellent communication skills

-Ability to present confidently

-A proven track record of developing new client relationships and network

-Excellent client care skills

-Be proactive, driven and innovative
