Superb opportunity for a commercial solicitor with 1 to 4 years pqe to join this leading international firm as part of its renowned commercial practice in Glasgow or Edinburgh.

From day 1, you will enjoy working with high profile clients from their enviable portfolio, working on matters from large complex deals and strategic high profile legal advice to day to day business management.

This will include outsourcing, non-contentious IP advice, competition and procurement law issues, general technology contractual matters and data protection across the financial services, aviation, transport, energy, digital, health, retail & consumer and sports sectors.

You will be encouraged to carry out a broad range of matters to provide variety to your workload and flexibility for the team, but with the expectation that as your career progresses you will develop a specialism in a particular area of Commercial law.
