Debt Recovery Paralegal, Birmingham

We are working with this commercial firm who are looking to recruit a debt recovery paralegal to work on a busy caseload of debt recovery matters. You will be joining this firm's central Birmingham office.

Reporting to the Head of Debt Recovery, you will be advising clients across sectors. You will be managing your own litigated and pre litigated matters and assisting on more complex debt recovery matters.

As the successful debt recovery paralegal, you must have atleast 6 months' experience in dealing with litigation matters, ideally in insolvency and debt recovery. It is very important that you are able to show experience in litigated matters.
