Sole Legal Counsel
Client
You will be joining a leading household name organisation in the automotive, engineering and industrial space.
The organisation is currently enjoying a sustained period of expansion and continued success.
Role
You will be able to undertake significant elements of flexible working/WFH. You will travel occasionally to the organisation's offices on the Oxfordshire/Berkshire/Bucks borders.
You will undertake an extremely diverse in-house role, getting involved in a wide range of commercial contracts and wider day to day legal issues including working on exciting new future acquisitions.
You will be the organisation's Sole UK Legal Counsel and will report directly into the CEO. You will have direct access to various internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
You will be rewarded with a highly lucrative remuneration package.
You
You will be a UK qualified Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE. You will have some prior in-house experience. You must have some prior experience of matters relevant to the above industries or an analogous sector. You will also have trained and qualified at a top 20 law firm.
