A unique opportunity to join one of the leading National practices in the Exeter office, you will be handling a mixed bag of commercial property work and the chance to work with some seriously heavyweight names in the industry. 

JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Associate
PQE REQUIRED: 5+pqe
LOCATION: Exeter
SALARY: £60,000 - £70,000 depending on experience

As part of their strategic direction, the firm is looking to develop their commercial property offerings in the South West market. As a result of these plans they are looking to appoint a Commercial Property Associate to develop and market the property department together with take on the responsibility of the day to day management of a team.

THE CANDIDATE:
Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 5 years PQE gained within a leading regional or city firm who are renowned for their commercial property offerings. You must possess an excellent technical knowledge of all areas of commercial property including landlord and tenant, development and leasehold enfranchisement. Working closely with the Head of Department you will be handling a really exciting caseload of high calibre work.
