Conveyancing Assistant - Crossgates
The Firm:

The Role:
-You will be working as a conveyancing assistant supporting a residential conveyancer with a caseload from inception through to post completion
-The caseload is varied and you will exposed to good quality work including:
* Sales and purchases
* Re-mortgages
* Registered, unregistered, freehold and leasehold
* Newbuilds
* Transfers of Equity
* Extensive client contact
Requirements:
-Ideally experience of working as a conveyancing assistant but, re-mortgage candidate's will be considered
-Team player
-Good work ethic
-Excellent communication and ability to build long lasting relationships
