This highly reputed team is searching for an accomplished Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with circa 3-5 years post qualification experience.
You will be joining a top Legal 500 firm with good quality private client work involving lifetime planning for high net worth and business clients, succession and elderly client issues.
The work produced is varied and the department is keen to attract candidates with strong probate knowledge and an interest in Elderly matters, including equity release and Court of Protections. You will be handling your own matters and be involved in supervising more junior members of this large team.
You may also have aspirations for your career development. This firm supports and encourages those with ideas to develop new business and improvements to the department, and actively promotes cross referrals from all other departments.
You will be based in a modern office suite in a great commutable location in Surrey, close to Hampshire and Berkshire, with a collegiate working environment in which everyone works together to achieve more.
