Private Client Solicitor

An excellent and extremely reputable Legal 500 firm in Derbyshire is currently seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor.

The Private Client Solicitor will manage their own caseload from inception to completion, to include:

  • Taking instructions and drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Administration of Estates
  • Trusts
  • Inheritance Tax

The successful Private Client Solicitor’s skills and experience:

  • 2+ years’ PQE
  • Solid experience managing your own caseload within the sector
  • Confident, proactive and organised
  • Competent in using a case management system
  • Experience in dealing with court protection matter, Deeds of Variation and inheritance tax within estates would be advantageous
