My client is a well-established Warwickshire based family run private client wealth management organisation which assists its clients in protecting assets through a number of different means. Accordingly, the firm is looking to recruit a private client solicitor or legal executive with a strong background in 'lifetime' work.
You will be a private client solicitor or equivalently qualified lawyer with experience dealing with a wide range of private client matters, together with some experience dealing with the administration of Trusts. The day-to-day remit will include administering estates, buying and selling trust and estate properties, transferring trust assets in and out of trusts, conducting trustees’ meetings and administering trusts including dealing with trust tax returns.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor looking to move in-house and break away from the conventions of private practice time recording and charge sheets.
The firm offers a competitive salary as well as the option to pursue professional qualifications such as STEP.
