The Role:
-You will be running an existing manageable caseload from inception through to post completion which will include:
-Freehold/leasehold sales and purchase to include new build and shared ownership matters
-You will have full support from an assistant
Requirements:
-You will be a Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or a Residential Conveyancer
-You must be able to run sale, purchase, freehold and leasehold files
-Team player
-Excellent work ethic
