Description
The Corporate lawyer will join the Director in Leeds and support the growth of the team in the North. The work is varied and you will support the Tax and Audit teams providing Corporate services to their clients. The work will be varied and will include Corporate reorganisation work, joint ventures and M & A. You will work on domestic and cross border projects and help supervise a junior lawyer.
Profile
You will be a Corporate lawyer who has strong academics and ideally you will already be working for a large regional or national law firm.
