Are you actively seeking a new Banking Associate opportunity?
The Role:
My client, a highly reputable Top 50 Law Firm, are looking for an experienced Banking & Finance Solicitor to join their Banking Team, assisting both lenders and borrowers in relation to loan facilities for trusts, corporates and individuals.
Advising on a range of matters such as borrowing for investment, business and charitable purposes, you will cover a range of financing areas, including property finance, asset finance and general corporate lending. Working as part of a successful team, this is an excellent to further build on an already solid foundation of Banking & Finance knowledge.
Requirements:
To be considered for this position, you will have a strong academic background and good technical knowledge in relation to banking law. You will have excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in transactional banking work. The successful candidate will be between NQ-2PQE and come from a Top 100 Law firm.
