A busy, vibrant and well-structured property department is looking for a residential conveyancer to join its expanding team. This firm has an extensive conveyancing department spanning several offices and always has plenty of work from established and long-standing relationships with its clients!
The firm is looking for a residential property solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer with at least three years’ experience. The residential conveyancer must have the ability to handle a busy and varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion. You must have experience liaising with clients, estate agents and lenders, with the ability develop these relationships as relationship management is crucial to this role.
The perfect candidate for this position will be motivated and driven and have a real passion for the role. In turn, the client offers clear progression prospects in a structured and smooth-running department.
