Senior Private Client Lawyer - 5PQE+ (Full or Part time)

JDI Legal are currently instructed on a brand new vacancy to recruit an experienced and senior Private Client Lawyer to work from their main office and to ultimately take on the Head of Department role.

The ideal candidate is likely to have at least 5PQE and have a proven track record of dealing with a full range of private client matters such as  Estates - mid to high value and complexity, Trusts - lifetime settlements and administering trusts, Wills - from basic to complex involving  tax planning and asset protection and Court of Protection -  Dealing various issues, including advising clients about Lasting Powers of Attorney Advising and Advance Directives (Living Wills), registering Enduring Power of Attorneys, conducting  deputyship applications etc.

This is a hugely profitable and busy department which requires a strong technical hand.
