A leading legal 500 and chambers listed commercial firm with a national presence and reputation are looking to recruit an additional solicitor (NQ-4 years PQE) into their corporate team in Cambridge
This partner led team deal with a broad range corporate matters including mergers & acquisitions, restructuring, corporate finance, Joint ventures and corporate governance matters. The firms clients include a broad range of businesses from family owned companies up to multi national corporations as well as individuals and investors. The reputation of the firm in this specialist area is first class ensuring a regular flow of good quality, varied and interesting work into the team.
A fantastic benefits package will be offered for this role including a salary which will be right at the top end of market rate for the area (and based on individual experience).
