We have a great opportunity for a Corporate Paralegal to join a top boutique law firm, based in London. This role will be on a 6-12 month contract. Your responsibilities will involve working on Mergers & Acquisitions and Transactional Corporate work.
It is essential that you are available to start immediately or are on a 2 week-notice period. You must also have Corporate, AIM or Capital Markets experience. If you fulfill these criteria, please apply immediately.
