THE ROLE
This is an opportunity for a c 7+ PQE Solicitor with a property litigation background to join a successful and vibrant business.
As the Director of Legal, you will be working in a business facing role responsible for providing legal and operational advice across the business and at board level
The post holder will be expected to advise on lease interpretation, landlord and tenant legislation in addition to handling property litigation and transactional work including land registry titles, transfers, leases, licences, and contracts.
The role will also carry responsibility for liaising with external counsel, supervision and oversight of litigation, risk management and team leadership
THE CANDIDATE
To be considerd for this opportuntiy, you will have a solid track record preferably gained from private practice.
You will have experience of Landlord and Tenant work and leasehold/freehold residential property law.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate excellent technical and leadership skills.
