We are instructed by a leading US law firm that seeks to recruit a structured finance lawyer on a 6-12 month FTC basis.
This team has global coverage and is widely recognised as a leader within the structured finance and financial products space.
Due to a maternity absence the firm seeks to recruit a mid-level associate to focus on securitisation matters. Applications are welcome from UK qualified lawyers who have upwards of two years' PQE gained at a Magic/Silver Circle or US firm.
This role will be offered on a six to 12 month fixed term contract basis and will pay top US firm rates.
