Investment Management Specialist – Business Focused Role

This major international asset manager has a very diverse product range and a reputation for high performance.  They are looking to recruit a junior to mid-level investment management lawyer to support a new business line which is of key strategic importance to the business.  Sitting in between Group Legal and the business you will be responsible for project managing the entire contracting process from initial drafting through to completion and final sign off.

This challenging and business focused role will suit a very organised, team player with strong contracts skills and considerable experience of negotiation.   Previous exposure to the asset management industry, in particular IMAs, would strongly benefit your application.  Commercially minded qualified lawyers would be preferred although highly experienced paralegals with relevant experience will also be considered.
