THE ROLE
A senior corporate associate is sought to join the high profile London corporate team.
You will work with a selection of many long-term and high-profile clients - domestically and internationally - from day one, as a leading member of a dynamic London team and international Corporate practice.
Your work will cover private company and public company matters including M&A, restructuring, capital markets and private equity.
ABOUT YOU
A commercially astute and City-trained 5-8PQE+ corporate/ transactional lawyer with proven client-facing skills.
You will have solid experience of domestic and cross-border M&A, private equity and joint ventures.
With good presentation and client handling skills, you will be self-motivated and able to provide guidance to junior team members.
