I'm working with a national claimant firm that is currently looking to recruit a personal injury litigator for the Stoke-on-Trent office, to handle a caseload of litigated EL and PL claims.
My client is a well-recognised and well-respected name in the Personal Injury market and is known for being fully employee focused. The firm is looking to hire an experienced litigation fee earner (Solicitor/CILEX) to handle a caseload of complex issued personal injury claims concerning Employers' and Public Liability matters.
You will need to have an up-to-date knowledge of PI, CPR and the claims process, with previous fee earning experience in a PI department so that you can carry out all aspects of the PI claim life cycle.
