This is your opportunity to join a dynamic and modern law firm in Blackburn on a full-time, permanent basis as their new Paralegal.
Your New Role
Working as part of the wider Residential Conveyancing department on your own caseload of transactions, the Conveyancing Paralegal will be given responsibility for a portfolio of matters including:
- Sale & purchase
- Leasehold & freehold
- Re-mortgage
- Shared ownership
- Help to buy
About You
You'll be a Conveyancing Paralegal, Fee Earner or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 2 years of previous conveyancing experience. You must be able to handle your own caseload, though the wider team and Heads of Department are on hand to assist and help you as and when necessary, and they fully encourage you to develop and progress your career.
