The Role

- The team are looking for a corporate associate to join them in Manchester
- You will assist partners recognised both locally and nationally in the corporate market
- You will also have the chance to have substantial client contact from an early stage
- With a range of work coming from clients both nationally and internationally including M&A and private equity, there is a real opportunity to handle a broad range of transactions
- The client base is fantastic to include many household name brands

The Candidate

- Corporate solicitor, 1PQE+
- Excellent academics and a strong training record
- You will have solid technical skills and have gained strong corporate experience at a large regional, national or international firm
- You will be ambitious and happy to work as part of a team
