Up to £45K
My client is a well-established and prominent Regional Law Firm looking for a talented Commercial Solicitor to join their busy and growing team.
The Role:
- Manging own caseload
- Liaising with clients
- Deal with all various aspects of the process such as;
- Mergers and acquisitions
- MBOs
- Reorganisations and restructuring
- Shareholders’ agreements
- LLP and partnership matters
- Commercial contracts including sale of goods and services, IT and IP, data protection, terms and conditions and agency and distribution.
Personal Requirements:
- NQ - 3 years PQE
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Excellent at building rapport with clients and co-workers
- Strong Business Development acumen
Salary will be dependent on experience
